Positive Pregnancy Test After Having A Surgical Abortion. What To Do?
I had a surgical abortion 3 weeks and one day ago. I have not had sexual intercourse since, but me and my boyfriend were messing around one day and he was rubbing his genitals on mine. He did not insert and he did not ejaculate near me. I did a home pregnancy test and it came back positive. Is this still from my previous pregnancy

You should visit your gynecologist and have a pelvic ultrasound to know if the abortion was complete.
From your description, this does not appear to be a fresh pregnancy.
