Positive Pregnancy Test Report. Ultrasound Does Not Show Anything. Is It Just A Blightened Ovum? No Heartbeat
I took a pregnancy test 3 weeks ago. It was postitve. Had an ultrasound today trans and abdominal and they said there was nothing there. I took another test today and it said i was 6-7 weeks pregnant... is it a blightened ovum or do you think they just couldnt see anything? There was no heart beat there and nthing there

If the pregnancy test is still strongly positive then possibility of ectopic pregnancy must be ruled out after a trans vaginal scanning. On trans abdominal scan, gestational sac may be missed at very early pregnancy.
