Possible Cause For Continuous Headaches? History Of Couple Of Breast Lumps, Not Yet Reached Menopause
Hi Two queries: I've had a couple of breast lumps, in 1998 and also in 2008. They were checked and fine. On the 2nd occasion the scan showed a couple of small shaded areas. I was asked to return at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after the initial set of tests and all were found to be ok. Is it a good idea to have regular mamograms. I'm 49 but a recent test has shown that I'm not yet in menopause. I'm also very stressed at work at the moment and though trying to deal with the reason for the stress I'm getting almost continual headaches.
Based on details you seem to suffer from tension type headache secondary to stress at office and worry of recurrent breast lump.
You require neck relaxation exercise and naprosyn for headache. You may require neurological examination and CT scan brain to rule out organic causes for headache.
Hope this will help you
