Some women donot have their periods for over a year or more if breast feeding. You had a period and then this month just little spotting. Don't worry it is a normal phenomenon in breast feeding mothers to not have a regular cycle for a few months or at times have a different cycle than the ones you had before your pregnancy. Just calm down you will have your regular periods . You can get an USG done to look for any uterine or cervical pathology.
