May I know can we take both medicine in this situation. Is any pregnant lady can take 5+5 mg folic acid. Please guide ....
hi,
folic acid will help in the development of neurological system of the baby,
usually 5mg of folic acid is prescribed for this purpose,
there may not be any harm in taking higher dosage normally, otherwise you can go for multivitamin supplement which is containing all these in required doses with your doctor's advice or tablets containing only biotin along with folimust-d.
take care.
