Pregnancy. Willing For Normal Delivery. What Precaution Can I Take?

Hi, I am from India. I am pregnant last 4 Months and i m willing to normal pregnancy so what Precaution and which tablets good for me and my baby. now a days in India there are sizaring Pregnancy going to every woman by Doctors (Doctor do not want to take risk). so can you please send m list of good and bad tablets list and Precaution.

Thanks for the query.
Tablets will not prevent cesarean sections.
The mode of delivery depends on factors like:
Maternal condition: type of pelvis, uterine and cervical status etc.
Placental condition: placenta previa etc.
Baby condition: size of the baby, liquor etc.
So now what you can do is, take nutritious diet, maintain adequate nutrition, take regular antenatal checkups, maintain adequate weight, do minimal exercises like walking etc. These can help to some extent in achieving normal vaginal delivery.
