Pregnancy, Have Heaviness, Frequent Urination. Gestational Sac And Heartbeat Is Found. Suggest?

Im 7 weeks pregnant an yet to see a heartbeat can see a ges sac an a yolk sac ive been bleeding for the past two weeks an sometimes its brownish an at time red an light an heavy when i burp i feel like im going to be sick an i need to go to the toliet alot more ive got another u/s in 2 days but i need some advice for now thanks natalie

The mild persistent brownish discharge is sometimes due to an implantation bleeding. The presence of a well formed yolk sac is a favorable finding. The fetal heart beat should be seen by 7 weeks of gestation. Repeat USG will help in confirmation.
