Pregnancy Test Positive, Blood Test Negative. Have Fibromyalgia And Neuropia Pain. Will Pain And Regiments Conceal Pregnancy?

I did a pregnancy test on july 5,2013 came out positive & conceived on june 20,2013, I then went to my doctor for blood testing & the told me I'm negative due to me having a period 07/01/2013 full 7 days & this month 08/03/13 just 5 days. I do have fibromyalgia& neuropic pain & take pain pills lyrica & Oxy, I would like to no if theirs a possibility my my condition of pain & the regiments could be concealing my pregnancy?

The pregnancy test is positive due to pregnancy hormones present in blood or urine of a pregnant woman.
The blood pregnancy test is more reliable.
False +ve urine pregnancy test may be due to -
-you are under fertility treatment.&have taken HCG injection for ovulation.)
- some medicines do have effect to give false + ve urine test. BUt
the pills you are taking do not affect the test.)
- The prescribed norms of the test may not have followed.
