Hi Shivanand,
Category 2a fallopian tubes is a finding on hysterosalpingography which indicates that your wife's fallopian tubes are patent with mild tubal disease.
Your wife has moderate chances of pregnancy following IUI procedure. However there is a higher risk of ectopic pregnancy than in women with no tubal disease.
