Hello sir, My ESR is 70 , haemoglobin is 8.6, TLC 4900, Neutrophil is 53, LYMPHOCYTE IS 45, EOSINOPHIL 01 , MONOCYTE IS 01 , BASOPHIL 00. I am planning for baby , i completed 3months of my marriage and planning for baby , could you please suggest me can i conceive baby or not? or MY ESR is very high what effect of ESR .

In absence of any signs and symptoms, please ignore it.
I would worry about your haemoglobin , which is low.
Anemia is not a good condition to have while planning your family.
Please take iron supplements for 3 months, avoid planning your family till then.
