Pregnant. Have Dizziness, Troubled Breathing, Low BP, Sinus Rhythm. Is It Very Serious?

hi,
I'm 34 years old. 28 weeks pregnant. 157cm tall,45kg. Two days ago i felt terrible palpitations through out the day
with dizziness, trouble breathing, sweating and shaking.I checked the blood pressure it was 80/70 with pulse rate 130( through out the pregnancy i suffered low BP which is 70/50 in average and average heart rate 80 with a lot of dizziness and tiredness through out the day. Any way i made ECG today when i found my self still have trouble breathing and high pulse that exceeds 100 and i'm so worried about the result. it is mentioned:
-sinus rhythm(rapid)
- short PR interval.
- marked right-and mid-precordial re-polarization disturbance, consider ischemia or LV overload
-large negative T in V3 with negative T in V4
- with small negative T in V2 V5
Pls let me know what dose this mean exactly and how serious it is?

Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. I am sorry to say but what you are having is a serious thing. The cause for hypotension needs to be evaluated, because the treatment depends on the cause. I also advise you to get an ECHO done to rule out any other pathology related to heart..
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow-ups. If you like my answers kindly rate it, and write a review as well. Please do not forget to accept it.
Thank you,
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr Arif
