I am 39 weeks pregnant. Everytime I cough something leaks out. Im assuming pee. However I have been having a lot of menstrual like cramping and walking slower than normal. I just noticed when I peed last there was a pinkish orange color on my pad. Whats goin on I feel like crap, not to mention when I feel like I have to poop but nothing happens? Help?

its seems you are having labour pains and there is leaking of amniotic fluid(fluid around the baby) . this condition needs hospital care and you need to be assessed if you are in the latent stage of labour or active stage, which can be done after a pelvic examination. if the cramps are more than two times in 10 mins and each lasting for 30-45 seconds then its time to go to the hospital

General & Family Physician Dr. Olubusola Brimmo's  Response
The feeling you have is constipation, and the leaking you experience when you cough is due to urge incontinence, which may subside after the pregnancy. The pink color in your urine needs to be evaluated, as it may indicate a urinary tract infection. I would recommend a urinalysis
