Pregnant. Lower Abdominal Pain, Soreness, Dizziness. What Is Wrong?

I am 17 weeks pregnant and been feeling pain in my lower abdomen - it comes as a sharp pain than dulls out to a throb. Its also feeling sore when I press this section. I have started feeling dizzy and a bit fazed out. I went to lie down with my feet raised for 10 minutes got some relief but on standing up am still feeling dizzy. Please help

I think you should consult your gynecologist as soon as you can.
The kind of pain and dizziness you describe is not normal for pregnancy.
It could be the sign of an impending miscarriage.
ALso rarely an adnexal or ovarian cyst could cause such pain and dizziness on pressure.
rarely, a bowel infection or a pelvic infection could cause such symptoms.
However, please get medical attention and a proper examination and ultrasound if possible for probably causes.
