Pregnant. Skin Changes Color, Seems Old And Dark. What Is Wrong? Treatment?

in my 6 th month of pregnency onwards my skin colour changes in to very dark in colour.my gynocologist told that it slosly change after delivery. but now my baby is 6 months old till my skin didnt change in to normal colour.im looking very old and dull and totally dark.please tell me the remady. and which type of treatment is use for this. please help

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
This is normal to have some pigmentation during pregnancy, it is also true it improves in most cases after delivery.
There are many changes during pregnancy and lactation including hormonal one.
You should consult good Dermatologist and after proper examination and investigation take treatment including proper diet vitamin and micronutrients and also avoid sun exposure and use good sun screen lotion with advice from Dermatologist.
Any kind of allergy and hormonal imbalance must be evaluated and if any thing is detected will need proper treatment.
