Pregnant. USG Done. What Do The Results Indicate?
my wife is in 8 weeks of pregnancy. 1st usg done on yesterday. found that 1) Early intrauterine gestation with single live embryo of 7weeks 3days of GA. 2) two small focal mural lesion in anterior and posterior myometrial wall, measuring 8 mm each--suggestive of seedling mural fibroid and 3) Right ovarian corpus luteum cyst, msrng 26X20 mm.

Presence of corpus leuteum cyst is normal sign of pregnancy and will last for the first trimester, fibroid in pregnancy is not a contraindication for pregnancy they may at the maximum lead to second trimester abortion or pain in abdomen during second trimester but with regular follow up patient can safely undergo this pregnancy.
