Pregnant. Ultrasound Showed Complex Hemorragic Cyst. What Could That Be? Remedy

I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks pregnant. On this scan they found a 1.3x1.2x1.5 cm complex hemorragic cyst.
The tech didn't seemed concerned, but thought it was from ovulation/corpus luteum.
But I swear I saw white areas... What could that be?
Then, like an idiot, I google complex cyst and it scares me to death! What are your thoughts?

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
Hemorrhagic ovarian cyst may be a normal finding in pregnancy, may be resolved after delivery by their own or sometimes it needs treatment when it get ruptured.
You should consult a gynecologist and continue your pregnancy under her observation.
If you develop sudden severe pain consult a gynecologist immediately.
Don't worry.
Everything will be fine.
Enjoy your pregnancy.
Take care.
