Pregnant, Accidentally Rinsed Vagina With Hair Shampoo, Got Severe Burning During Urination. Cause?
Hey i was wondering...i was taking a shower & washing my vagina with regular bar soap. There was no burning or anything than i accidental put hair shampoo on my hands so when i wad down rinseing my vagina it started burning. So now when i went pee it burned really bad is this because of the hair shampoo? Also, im 28wks pregnant!

Thanks for your query.You are getting severe burning during Urination after accidental application of a hair shampoo.Do not worry this is due to chemical irritation of your urinary meatus and vagina which should subside within 2-3 days.You can apply local anesthetic jelly to reduce the pain and irritation.This will not have any ill effect on pregnancy.
