Hello,
Diarrhea is a side effect of the medication and if you have done the procedure under the supervision of a specialist, you need not worry. Else, you should be cautious. Please watch for excessive bleeding and consult a specialist immediately, if you have not done so earlier. You would need confirmation of completion of the process through a local exam as well as a sonogram. If the diarrhea is severe, you may need some anti-diarrheal medication. Hope your query is clarified. Wish you good health.
