Hi, this morning I had back pain like muscle soreness in my mid back region along with 4 trips to the bathroom with diarrhea . I also have nausea but no vomiting and fatigue . No fever. I am wondering if I should let this run it s course thinking that it is probably a GI virus or call my OB because it could be listeriosis? Is there something that would define it as listeria. Oh, I am 19 weeks pregnant.
