Hello
As the pregnancy advances, it is quite common to feel a bladder pressure. As long as you do not have symptoms of urinary infection, like burning during passing urine or fever, it should not be a problem. But if symptoms do not settle down, see your doctor, who may test your urine to make sure you do not have an infection. A clear vaginal discharge is no cause for concern.
The last few months of pregnancy can be very uncomfortable for many women. As long as baby is active and you are otherwise well, all should proceed normally.
