Hello,
You definitely had abortion but whether it is complete or not can be ascertained on doing an ultrasound abdomen, which is done two weeks after the start of bleeding.Consult an gynecologist and get an ultrasound done after two weeks and if some remnant fetal tissue is found, then a surgical evacuation by doing a D&C done.
You can smoke as it has no relation with this.
Thanks
