Hello Thank you for trusting us with your health concern. Having had an impaired glucose tolerance test, the formal oral glucose tolerance test should be done. Also, follow a diabetic diet. Regarding the pain, fever, flatulence, you could just have a gall bladder problem. IT could be mild cholecystitis ( inflammation of the gall bladder ) or gall stones, both of which, are common in pregnancy. If itching is present, it could indicate obstetric cholestasis. It could be mild gastritis or the beginning of a liver infection ( hepatitis ). YOu should see a surgeon / gastroenterologist also. have a complete abdominal ultrasound. All the best.
