Pregnant, Have Low Grade Fever With Body Aches. Flu And UTI Test Came Negative. Glucose Tolerance At 148

I am 30 wks pregnant. I had a low grade temp x1 day, lower left quadrant pain, achy all over skin very sensitive to touch and extreme gas pains. I went to obgyn day before yest they tested flu and it was neg. oh I also don't have a uti. I did test 148 on my glucose tolerance one wk ago today and started the 3 day gets diab diet for my test on Monday.

Having had an impaired glucose tolerance test, the formal oral glucose tolerance test should be done.
Also, follow a diabetic diet.
Regarding the pain, fever, flatulence, you could just have a gall bladder problem.
IT could be mild cholecystitis ( inflammation of the gall bladder ) or gall stones, both of which, are common in pregnancy.
If itching is present, it could indicate obstetric cholestasis.
It could be mild gastritis or the beginning of a liver infection ( hepatitis ).
YOu should see a surgeon / gastroenterologist also.
have a complete abdominal ultrasound.
