Pregnant, Have Spotting And Discharge. Normal Ultrasound. Should I Increase My Duphaston Dosage?

I am now 6weeks 4 days pregnant and started spotting last week, not dark brown, but a beige color and very light only when I wipe. I was put on Duphaston 10mg twice daily should I increase the dosage to 3 times per day? because the discharge is still present. I went for an ultrasound today and Dr was happy with everything. It was an abdominal scan so still to early to see a heartbeat.

Thanks for your health query.
First of all, a vaginal scan should be done.
Abdominal scans are almost redundant in early pregnancy.
By 6 wk 4 D it should be clear whether the baby is having a heartbeat or not.
THis is important in your case with the symptoms of spotting, to rule out an impending or ongoing miscarriage.
PLease insist on a vaginal scan next time.
Do not up any dosage on your own, without prescription.
Duphaston 10 mg twice a day is sufficient dosage.
Avoid stress , intercourse, jerky travelling etc.
