Pregnant, Spotting. What Could Be Causing This?

Ive been having problems with spotting/ bleeding the last couple weeks of my pregnancy. The brightness of the blood varies but now im starting to see like little blood clots in the toilet water after peeing. What could be causing this? Im 34 weeks and was just at the hospital last week and they couldnt find anything wrong but its concerning me.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Having bleeding at 34 weeks pregnancy can be due to placenta praevia or retroplacental clots. You need to have an ultrasound scan to detect the cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
