Pregnant, Suffering From Back Pain, Applying Volini. Any Side Effects For Volini?
Hi doctor,
My wife is 16 weeks pregnant and she is using ranbaxy volini to get relief from her back pain. I did not find much information in the internet. Does it cause any adverse affect on the baby.
Kindly send me a reply soon. Also please give a detailed information about any adverse affect of using volini in all trimesters of pregnancy.

The local application of volini gel after hot fomentation on the back does not produce any systemic effects and has no effect on the growing fetus. Taking calcium rich diet will also be helpful.
