Pregnant, Taking Ecosporin Since Planning To Conceive. Should I Continue It?

I am using Ecosprin 75 mg ,pre pregnancy.It was 10 days that I missed my period.And I found I am pregnant .As my first pregnancy was a miscarriage my doc gave me Ecosprin 75 mg to use while planning for pregnancy.Now i Know that I am pregnant,So should I continue this Tablet or not?I will be able to meet my doc only after 2 days.So plz clarify and help me if i can use this tablet these two days.

There is no harm in taking Ecosprin as it is given in case of habitual abortions
