Hello,

You are currently 7 weeks pregnant. First trimester is more risky for miscarriage.
Do the following things:

1) Avoid heavy work/ long journey/ lifting heavy objects/ high heal shoe/ walking on uneven surface/ more ups & downs etc.

2) Short time traveling is acceptable by bus if you are comfortable with seat arrangement. Standing long time is not allowed.

3) Take healthy protein rich diet with more green vegetables and drink more water. Avoid mental stress and take adequate rest 8-10 hrs daily.

4) Take care of your breast, genital hygiene etc. Do periodic check up with USG scan (first within 8-10 weeks). Take only prescribed medication.

this is your first trimester ..this is most important and crucial period of pregnancy as most of the organ develops in your first trimester.. chances of abortion are also more in first trimester..
avoid long journey by any route.. 20 min bus journey is ok if you comfertable and you get to seat while travelling.. avoid much rush so that you dont get push or anything ..
take 8 hours sleep , adequate diet , folic acid tablets ,
take care..
