Pregnant, Terrible Argument, Cramps In Lower Abdomen Above Pelvic Bone. Cause Of Concern?
I am 14 weeks pregnant. Just had a terrible argument with my husband and am cramping now. Like painful period cramps . No bleeding but moderate cramps with no relief. Is this something I should be concerned about? It is in my Lower abdomen above pelvic bone about 6 inches across the center in waves like cramps and painful with pressure.
IF THE ARGUEMENT EXTENDED TO PHYSICAL INSULT ALSO, THEN IT CAN BE THAT YOU SUSTAINED TRAUMA TO UTERUS AND BABY WHICH IS NOW CAUSING CRAMPS.
YOU CAN TAKE UP AN ULTRASOUND TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS NORMAL.
IF THE CRAMPS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH BURNING IN THE UPPERCHEST, NAUSEA AND REFLUX THEN THE OTHER POSSIBILITY COULD BE INDIGESTION WHICH IS VERY COMMON IN PREGNANCY.
ALSO IF THE CRAMPS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH URINARY COMPLAINTS LIKE BURNING AND INCREASED FREQUENCY OF URINATION THE A URINARY TRACT INFECTION MIGHT BE THE REASON.
YOU SHOULD VISIT YOUR DOCTOR AND GET THE APPROPRIATE TEST DONE AFTER PROPER PHYSICAL EXAMINATION.
Hello madam,
Well this can be uterine contraction.I will advice you to take rest, anxiolytics like alprazolam or diazepam, and natural progestrone suppositories intravaginally or progesterone injections intramuscular ( best is progesterone caproate injection ) after consulting your doctor.
If it is not releived, you should do abdomino pelvic scan.
good luck
