Pregnant, Variation In Baby Heart Beat. Prescribed Fertigyn, Clexane Injections For Fetal Bradycardia. Can Save Baby?

Hello Doctor,
Am 7 weeks pregnent.. this is my second pregnancy and my first child was born without any complication.. there was no problem for conception as well.. this time, my scan report was ok except that the baby heart beat was 84 per min. I was asked for a repeat heart beat check afer 1 week. Yesterday when we checked, the baby heart beat has dropped to 70 per min.. the doctor calls it fetal bradycardia and has suggested me to use Fertigyn 5000 for 1 day and Clexane 40 mg for 2 days.. please help .. am very anxious.. can my baby be saved if i take these injections continuously

welcome to HCM!
there are many conditions in which foetal bradycardia can occur.
like congental heart diseases in foetus.
or maternal conditions like hypothyroidism , hypothermia, taking beta blockers.
or antibodies from mother damaging foetal heart.
the cause has to be known first.
meanwhile take steroid and terbutalin.
all the best!
