Pregnant With Pain In The Head And Face. Worried About The Baby

Hello, the right side of my throat, the right side of ear and the right side of my head/ brain hurts. So really the hole of the right side of my face/head hurts. I sm finding it really hard to sleep. I am also 8 weeks pregnant. I just took some panidol to see if that would help. But I'm worried because I have never had anything like this befor and I am scared for my unborn baby
