General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi, Welcome to HCM
Actually Mapcod CV 200 is a combination of two Antibiotics, which is given if it is confirmed Bacterial infection, not for Viral Fever. Once started usually one should complete the course to avoid high chances of development of Resistance. It is possible that you are hypersensitive to one of the two Antibiotics. Are you sensitive to Penicillin? if you are allergic to Penicillin, you may develop allergic reactions to any other antibiotics of the same group. It is also possible that your fever could be due to Malaria, Tuberculosis or any other reason.
I would advise you to immediately consult your Doctor.
Hope you got your answer.
