Hi,
Welcome to HCM
PCOD is common endocrine disorder of female, menstrual irregularity,Acne,Hirsutism (Hair growth) and Infertility, Central Obisity and insulin resistance (Metabolic syndrome ).
Your doctor has prescribed correct medication take them regularly, and if you are over weight take care of diet and exercise to reduce weight.
Many times reducing weight restores fertility.
Metformin takes care of insulin resistance and other tab takes care of hormone imbalances.
Because it is genetic in nature it may not be cured but most of the things can improve but infertility is a issue then some times IVF may be required.
Take care
Good luck.
