my mother is having tinnitus and 60%hearing loss.doctor ordered nexito plus. she is having tiredness and is so sleepy after the drug intake. she is diabetic. what is the indications for this mrdicine in this disease?and is the symptoms she shows now is dangerous

Nexito is an Anxiolytic drug used to reduce anxiety or depression . Your doctor might have thought that your mothers problems are psychological not physical . So he might have prescribed Nexito . Else Nexito have no action on Tinnitus or hearing loss.
I advise you get an ENT evaluation for her , She can be stopped Nexito if she doesn't have any depression or Psychological issue .
