Prescribed Q Gold And Siphene. Safe Medicine?

Hello Dr. I just want to ask the question about my bhabhi, yesterday she visited to gynecologist for taking advice about pregnancy, as my bro & bhabhi trying since last one year but bhabhi is not get pregnant, yest dr. had given the cap of Q Gold & tab of siphene 50 ml. is the both medicines are ok it doesn't have any side effect. pls suggest should she go for this medicine or not? and it really it work?

hi, you have not mentioned about the investigation done for infertility and reports. If ovulation is the problem, this tablets will help. only problem is the clomiphene citrate will result in multiple follicles and chances of multiple pregnancy are high.
