Pressure Around Nose And Eye, Constant Headache. History Of Hit On Head With Racquet Followed By Bleeding And Pain. Serious?

Hi there, I was hit in the nose with a tennis racquet last week and had a lot of bleeding and pain.
I iced it quite a bit. I had a lot of bruising and some swelling. I didn't go to the doctor.
Now it's been a week and I've been experiencing a lot of pressure around my nose and eyes
and have had constant head aches. I am breathing ok. Should I be concerned?

Hi, it appears to be due to the injury to the nasal bones, or bones of the maxillary sinus. probably the blood is collected in the maxillary sinus, and got infected, causing the pressure and head ache.
So i advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
