Pressure In Lower Left Side Of Abdomen, Lower Back Pain, Frequent Urination, Irregular Periods. Causes?

Hello, I have a question regarding with my body. I am a female, 18 years old. I feel much pressure on the lower left side of my abdominal. Also I have lower back pain and I have been going to the bathroom more frequently than I should. Do you have an idea on what this could be? I should also mention that my menstrual cycle has been irregular for the past two months.

welcome to healthcare magic,
well you could be suffering from a urine infection as you are going to urinate frequently with back pain and lower side stomach pains.
if you have a discharge then it can bring the same kind of symptoms.
you might be having ovarian cysts which could cause to have pain in the stomach. an ultrasound would be of great benefit.
i would suggest you should visit a gynecologist to be reviewed and be given appropriate treatment.
