Pressure In The Head And Dizziness. Normal MRI Report. Are These Migraine Symptoms Without Headache?
My symptoms are: feeling of head pressure and dizziness . I had a complete MIR scan of my brain and neck and no abnormalities were found. But I continue having these symptoms. Is it possible that they are migraine symptoms without headache? What can I do to relieve these symptoms without taking medications? I am a 46 years old woman.
The head pressure and dizziness can be due to varied reasons inspite of normal mri. The diagnosis depends on the frequency duration and location of head pressure. Head pressure and dizziness are not typical of migraine. Migraine is classically a unilateral throbbing headache with vomiting. Your symptoms may be of stress related or of a raised intracranial pressure. U may need to consult neurologist to rule out raised intracranial pressure.
