Hello Pinky,
Your tail bone pain is called "Coccydynia". This usually occurs because of prolonged sitting on a hard surfaces. What you can do is use a soft pillow if possible a hole in the middle of the pillow on the seat of the chair you seat. Right hip pain could be because of "Piriformis strain" or your "prolapsed Disc". That has to be rulled out clinically. Your feet pain could be the cause of "Plantar fascitis". You can use a "silicon heel cup" and modify your shoes with an arch support. avoid using high heeled sandles. If the pain is radiating from your waist to your foot then it is because of the disc problem. if you experience pain on individual sites then it could be the cause of prolonged sitting or standing. your body weight is okay for your height. but still if you can reduce it 2kgs more it would be better for you. You must go for a routine blood check up to avoid any arthritic symptoms.

More over postural awareness and correction, modification of your daily activities, few preventive measures like avoid proloned standing/sitting in one position are helpfull for you.

Now you can start Physiotherapy treatment under the supervision of a professional/registered Physiotherapist immediately to relieve your symptoms and avoid taking painkillers anonymously to take care of you and your baby.....

wish you a quick relief soon.....
