Pricking Sensation On The Soles With Foot Numbness On Walking Barefoot?

Hello, my name is bethany. recently while staying with my boyfriend s parents and i was walking around barefoot, i began to feel a weird pricking sensation on the bottom of my feet . almost like my foot was falling asleep but i knew it couldn t be. it sort of feels like i walked into a patch of stinging nettles. what could this be?

Thanks for query,
This is tingling sensation.
It may be due to pressure on nerves in the form of abnormal posture.
Vitamin deficiency is also one of the reason to give this type of symptoms.
The other possibility is high blood sugar level.
