I would like to request your opinion about the echo result EF= 70% fs= 40% mitral valve : normal thikeness and excursion with prolapse of the tip and mid of anterior mitral valve leaflet aortic valve : normal left ventricle : normal left atrium : mild dilated 41 rv and ra : normal rwma: non intracardic thrombi or vegetations : non pericardical effusion : non Doppler data : mv : preserved e/a ratio ,trivial mr av: normal gradient , no ar pv and tv : normal opinion: normal lv internal dimensions with normal systolic function ,prolapse of the tip and mid of the anterior mitral valve leaflet , trivial mr , mild dilated la , no rwma , other valves appears normal. what is the next step to do?

There are some positive observations in the ECHO - Mild Mitral Valve Prolapse and borderline Left Atrial dilatation, trivial MR / They are minor and present from birth.
The ECHO itself needs no treatment!
If it was a routine check up - you need to do nothing at present. May need to check in a few years again.
