Prolonged Bleeding, Low Back Pain, Pelvic Cramps, Pelvic Heaviness. Menopause?

I believe I am going through menopause at this time ( I am 52 yrs old), but recent symptoms have been no period for 80 days and since then , 10 straight days of bleeding. The first three or four days were what I would consider "moderate" but since then, the bleeding continues. mostly "light" but having extreme low back pain, twinges and cramping in lower front pelvic area, especially on right side, and feeling of heaviness in lower pelvic area. despite 3 children delivered vaginally, I have always had severe monthly pain on right side and low back.

Hi,
Any long time bleeding with lower abdominal pain during menopause period always to be evaluated.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Your gynaec will go for investigations to rule out any pathology in your genital tract.
Ok and take care.
