Proteus Mirabilis Urine Infection, Bacterial Infection. Used White Vinegar. Will It Reduce PH In Bladder?
I am interested in your responses to treating proteus mirabilis urine infections without antibiotics. However I've been wondering if it is worth considering irrigating an indwelling catheter with something like white vinegar to lower the pH in the bladder. I am attending an elderly gentleman who has the bacterial infection with an indwelling catheter and who has recurrent proteus mirabilis infected urine, maybe it was never treated adequately in the first place.
