Puking Pink, Unable To Hold Food, Water, Stomach Pains. Had Pepto, Tums. Diagnosis?
My roommate started puking on Thursday night until late Friday night/Saturday morning. She was in pain. She was feeling better Saturday morning until Sunday and was able to hold down food and liquid fine. Sunday around 3 it started again and right now her stomach pain is very severe. On Friday we gave her pepto and Tums and just gave her the same again. She has no diarrhea and her puke is pinkish. Although we have been very diligent about washing our hands none of us, including her boyfriend have gotten sick at all. We will take her take her to the doctor if the pain doesn't go away shortly, but want to know if there is anything we can do in the meantime and what possible diagnosis are. Thank you.

Puking Pink, Unable To Hold Food, Water, Stomach Pains. Had Pepto, Tums. Diagnosis?
Hello, Recurrent vomiting and abdominal pain without fever may be due to Acute gastritis. In this condition the advice may be to give emetic to prevent vomiting, Anti spasmodic for the pain. Frequent small meal may help in toleration and easy digestion. Do consult a doctor for evaluation.
