Pulsating Pain In Chest. Unhealthy Diet. Reason For Pain?
I am 17, 18 in January and male. I have had a pain on the left side of my chest for about three days now. It is not very intense and it is a pulsating pain that comes and goes many times in a minute. These episodes last for any time between half and hour and an hour and happen a few times a day. I am just worried as I am not as fit as I was last year, I ve had so much college work I have has to put fitness on hold for a while and I m admitting my diet has become a bit unhealthy. I am always planning to go back to how I was next year but for the time being I am just a bit worried. Could it be pain from my heart or lungs? Is it a sign I need to act upon? Thanks
Pulsating chest pain on and off several times a day could be due to so many reasons. But often it is due to simple stress or gastric complaints. Also angina or heart related chest pain should have so many other associated symptoms with it, I don't think you have those associated symptoms. Therefore don;t worry. But you should consult a physician and get your EKG done to be on the safer side. Good luck.
