Pulse Rate 108. Is It Normal?

hi! i am 30 years old woman,160lb,5.1 height...........yesterday i checked my blodd pressure it showed 117/71 but my pulse rate was 108....is it high? i am worried

Hi.. Any pulse rate which is more than 100 beats per minute is not normal.. Pulse rate is governed by many factors.. A few are due to response to physiologically normal circumstances such as anxiety and stress.. A few of the condition are abnormal ones.. A resting pulse rate, like the one which is seen when you are sleeping is more important in differentiating normal causes from abnormal ones.. So if your resting pulse is still high, you may need evaluation by a doctor...
