Pus Cells Found In Urine. Taking Antibiotics. What Is Causing This Pus Cell?

dear sir, a female having a pus cell 10-20 in urine according to analysis report, we did culture test and ct scan on the according to doctor based on culture test she started antibiotic since 5 week even now we did again urine test we found still same pus cell 10-20 , what is the reason could u help us. CT scan clear no issue of kidney . IUD we removed since 2 month. no other issues

You have persistent bacteriuria.
Long term antibiotics -low dose- for 3 to 6 months should help.
Also
1. PLENTY of oral fluids.
2. Cranberry juice.
3. Emptying the bladder at bed time, before and after sex will help.
