Hi, welcome to HCM I am Dr Das
Firstly , the fasting and uterus PPBS both indicates that your father has diabetes melitus . Calcium, creatinine , potassium all are within normal. Is the sodium 8.6? Really ? It should be a mistake . No man can have this level.
Blood test shows neutrophillia which indicates infection. Urine report shows pus cells. It indicates a urinary tract infection which is most common in diabetic patients.
So, ultimately the final report is diabetes melitus with urinary tract infection.
