i actually have the same problem, an i actually know a group of people with the same problem. The doc told me to make sure my ears were dried all the way after my shower an to ignore the pimples an they go away, but they always come back, or pop in my sleep, or in public an i look gross. but i will say the doc was right on how to get rid of them, but i still haven't figured out how to stop them from comin back. another possibiltiy was that the pores behind your ears extract poisons from your body an thats why they smell but im not a doctor, so if a doc does read this i would love to know myself??
