Dear sir

Fast heart rate is nothing but tachycardia, when ever there is increased heart rate it will be associated with low blood pressure, it might cause decrease cardiac output.
The reason for bloated feeling might be due to gastritis. Since there is no ultrasonologically detectable abnormality a proton pump inhibitors will solve the problem.
Drugs like beta blockers can cause reduction of heart rate, but its selectivity of drugs which plays the role.

Thanks
