Rapid Growth Overnight On Waist, Subsesous Cysts, Painful, Reddish Skin, Swollen, Leaking Puss

Hi, I am a male, 48 years old, in good health with no physical problems. Recently, I noticed that a rapid growth overnight on my waist . I think its a subsesous cysts and its very painful located on my just below my belt/waist and just above groin to the left. It s about the size of a quarter, skin is redish/ swollen and leaking pus . Can you recommend a remedy?

swelling over groin-with leaking pus-likely abscess advice- incision & dringe, pus will send for culture & senstivity, HB,DLC,TLC,ESR, Blood sugar , urine routine µscopy, treatment-tablet Augmentin 625 twice in a day for 5 days, tablet-serdi-( diclofen + serapeptidase)twice in a day for 5 days cleaning & dressing if not heal by this treatment then need investigation by USG-pelvis - communicate to interior,hope my advice is useful to you, thank you.
